Pet details: your dog's name, breed, age, temperament notes, vaccination status, and any medical or behavioral information you share.
Booking details: service selected, requested dates and times, drop-off/pick-up preferences, and notes.
Payment details: deposits and payments are processed by Stripe. We do not see or store your full card number — Stripe returns only a confirmation and the last four digits.
Account details: if you create an owner/admin account, we store your email and an encrypted password.
Technical data: basic device, browser, and usage information collected automatically to keep the site secure and functional.

To schedule, confirm, and deliver the dog care services you request.
To contact you about your booking (confirmations, updates, reminders, or issues).
To process deposits and payments through Stripe.

You can opt out of non-essential emails at any time by replying "unsubscribe" or emailing us.
